Charlotte’s love for the Lagree Method began over a decade ago as a client. She started teaching in 2018 and have loved watching the method evolve, continually challenging both body and mind. As a Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher with a passion for anatomy and movement, she focuses on alignment, posture, and purposeful movement. Her classes are uplifting and empowering, leaving you feeling stronger, more connected, and proud of what your body can do.

Melissa’s Pilates journey began in 2015 while recovering from an injury. What started as rehabilitation became a lifelong practice of balance, strength, and resilience. Today, she blends her passion for Pilates and Lagree to help others build physical and mental strength through mindful, challenging movement. This journey has strengthened both her body and mind and that’s the gift she strives to share.

Lucy is a passionate instructor hailing from Washington, DC in the USA. With a background in Pilates, running, and a love all things health and wellness, she brings a dynamic approach to her classes. After working front of house at MAD, Lucy is thrilled to share her enthusiasm for fitness and help others achieve their goals through Lagree. Emmet has a background in the performing arts industry with a passion for health and well-being. He has a daily ambition to be "healthy' and firmly believes that physical fitness enables a happy mind and heart. In his class you can expect to be pushed to achieve your ambition through creative combinations, a spot of fun and a guaranteed smile throughout the class!

Rachel Dougherty mad teams

With a background in breathwork and freediving, Rachel brings a strong focus on tempo, control, and breath to every Lagree session. She loves guiding clients to meditate into the movement, to dial in, breathe through the burn, and mentally push past the moment the shakes kick in.

She chose to become a Lagree instructor because it's the perfect marriage of bodybuilding concepts and sustainable strength.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Carly has been passionate about all things sports and fitness since a young age. After finishing her professional figure skating career, Carly became hooked on the muscle strength, flexibility, and balance Lagree classes offer. Carly will whip you into shape with her sense of humor and challenging routines. Music is a key element in all of her classes. Get ready for a Megaburn to a bumpin' beat!

Both a Physiotherapist and instructor, Hannah brings energy, enthusiasm and laughs to her classes. She is adept at injury prevention and adopts a very hands-on approach to ensure clients’ safety. You will leave her classes feeling empowered, strong and with a fresh mindset to smash your day!

Fiona, a former ballet and contemporary dancer, now a seasoned Lagree instructor is committed to promoting health & wellness through movement. With a background in Sport Science, she focuses on form and technique & aims for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Former West End performer turned choreographer, Jaye believes in balancing fitness goals with sustainability & aims for herself & others to train mindfully for continued strength, mobility & stamina.
